The Last Time 50th Anniversary continued 20

                                                            
"Alright, stay calm I'll be right there!" Replied Ten, putting the phone back in his pocket. River and Jack looked blankly at Ten.

Ten looked back at the two of them, his face went pale and his eyes were bloodshot.

"Doctor, are you alright?" River asked, moving her hand out toward Ten.

Ten shook his head slowly. "No....no... we need to get to the Powell Estate graveyard at this precise moment" He said coldly, no tone or expression in his voice.

Neither Jack or River questioned Tens command, they had a slight idea what this was about, they stayed quiet including Eleven who knew what was coming, he kept his head down. Ten and Eleven grabbed Jacks vortex minipulator, River took her own vortex minipulator and they all went to the location Ten wanted to go.

At the time, the Master knew that they had gone to places so he decided to sneak out of the room he had been hiding in down stairs the main part of the base.

Once they had got to the graveyard, Ten quickly speed walked toward Jackie, Jackie was knelt down at her daughter's grave.

Ten took a moment, hardly standing on his own two feet as he knelt down next to Rose's mother. There was glowing light that twirled and twisted by Rose's grave. Jackie touched a rose which was resting brightly on the dark grave stone. She took a deep breath out, before taking a look at Ten. "She'd be glad you're here yanno" Jackie added, putting a hand on Ten's shoulder, rubbing her thumb on it.

"I....I know, it feels like yesterday we were seeing the stars together" Ten smiled shyly back at her.

Jackie nodded, taking her hand back and looking up at the sky. "Yeah.... well, I believe she's become one now"

Ten sniffed hard. "What ever's happening here Jackie, I'll sort it... don't you worry"

Jack and River stood next to each other looking down at the grave. River rested her head on Jacks shoulder. "He never mentioned her you know" River whispered to Jack, not taking her eyes off the grave.

Jack frowned, looking at his shoulder, seeing River's curly blonde hair dancing in the wind. "What?"

"Before all this, my Doctor never mentioned Rose.... maybe he didn't like to" River lifted her head off his shoulder, looking at Jack in the eye. She brushed her hair out of her face, her expression nautral.

Jack nodded, he understood. "Yeah... he's normally like that, she was a lot like you actually.... in my opinion"

River chuckled. "Lets be glad we never argued over the Doctor..."

River looked over at Eleven who seemed distant. She looked concerned. "Doctor?"

Eleven got close to River. His face had trails of tears as he looked down at her. Jack had never seen anything like it before, it was the first time he saw the Doctor cry silently.

River gasped, pulling Eleven into a hug, wrapping one hand around his neck and the other around his waist. Eleven sighed, hugging her back. "You know something don't you?" She asked, being a little quieter.

Jack walked around the couple to Ten, kneeling down next to him and Jackie. Jack put a hand up to Jackie as a hello and Jackie did the same.

Jackie patted Tens knee. "What is she trying to tell us Doctor?"

Ten scratched the back of his head as he always did when he was thinking. "This is the same type of energy as the TARDIS energy or the regeneration energy, its very powerful stuff so there must be something that it came from but.... it can't be..."

Jack frowned. "So Doctor, what you're saying is that the power needs like a main source for it to have come somewhere... so the main source is Rose?"

Ten looked back at Jack. "I really don't know.... if so, something must be drawing in the energy"

"What was it you said about that energy source thingy Doctor?" Jackie asked.

Ten looked down at the pebbles on the grave. "The light source...."

Jackie shrugged. "I... I better get off, I've got stuff to do" She stood up, blowing a kiss to Rose's grave and giving everyone a farewell before heading back to where ever she needed to go.

Ten turned to Jack. Jack smiled at Ten to make him feel better. "You had a vision, what did you see?"

Jack thought for a moment.

"It wasn't just one vision. It seemed to be switiching to different things the Master wanted me to know, but I think its for the best for the Master to tell you himself" Jack replied.

Eleven let go of River. "Thank You"

River laughed uneasily. "For what?"

"Being there for me, when I need you" Eleven cracked a smile but it didn't cover up the tears that had already fallen.

River put a hand on his cheek. "Some time ago you were moaning at me because you were always there for me but the one time you asked for my help, I couldn't be there in time..."

Eleven frowned. "Did I?"

River took her hand away and covered it with her mouth. "Oops, spoilers honey"

Jack stood up to his feet, pulling Ten up with him. "Rose didn't die for nothing, she got her last day with you" Jack comforted.

A petal fell from the bright rose as it fell it started to go an autumn coloured orange.

Jack backed away, putting an arm in front of Ten so he backed away too. The energy around Roses grave had suddenly circled around the rose and fixed the petal that once was broken off from the grave to being perfectly on the rose again like nothing had touched it. The rose grew back to its rich red and a few droplets of water formed on the petals to keep the flower hydrated.

Ten smiled. "I think I'm starting to get it"

River and Eleven looked at Ten and Jack from a few paces back from where they were standing. "What's going on?" Asked River.

Eleven sighed. "A new beginning"

Jack put out his hand in front of him and Ten grabbed his vortex minipulator. Ten and Jack looked over at River and Eleven. River got her vortex minipulator out too, looking at Eleven to hold on.

"Look, these things can rip holes in the Universe and here we are using it!" Eleven exclaimed.

River rolled her eyes. "Like there isn't a hole in the Universe anyway?"

Jack cleared his throat. "Right, back to base everyone?"

Ten nodded. "Yupp!" He said, popping the 'p' in his words.

River nodded also, turning back to Eleven and making him put his hand on her vortex minipulator. "Ready" she added before pressing a button making her teleport.


Jack also pushed a button on his vortex minipulator making him teleport with Ten.

Ten and Jack were the first back, Ten paced around as he usually did. Jack sighed, tightening his belt before looking around his surroundings. "Any sign of the Master?"

Ten shrugged. "I dunno maybe--"

All of a sudden, the Master jumped out of nowhere and grabbed Ten. putting his hand over his mouth. The Master grinned over at Jack before leaning into Tens ear. "He didn't realize what he had until it was too late"

Jack pulled out his gun instantly, pointing it at The Master. "Let him go!" Announced Jack, his voice very loud.

The Master tutted. "You could hit your precious Doctor, you wouldn't want that would you?"

River and Eleven finally appeared behind Jack. River immediately caught on. "Jack, what's going on?"

The Master groaned angrily, letting Ten go and Ten nearly tripped over his own two feet as The Master thrown him almost over to the floor. "Three words Doctor, 'Revenge and emotions'. They get the better of us all but no one knows it like you do" Teased the Master as he circled Ten. Ten followed The Master around. His eyes grew dark as he got angrier.

Eleven went to stop them but River stopped him. "Leave them my love"

River put her hands on Elevens chest, feeling his two hearts beat rapidly.

Ten bit his lip as the Master moved closer to him. "Who was 'he', earlier you said about 'he didn't realize before it was too late' what does that mean?"

The Master chuckled, completely blanking Ten before skipping toward Jack.

He teased Jack by getting really close and breathing down his neck before grabbing him by his hair, dragging his head back. Jack groaned. "He still doesn't know and you haven't told him have you, Mr Captain Jack Harkness?" The Master continued his game, he let Jacks head free and Jack clicked his neck wanting to punch The Master in the face so hard.

Jack stared at Ten as he did back, shaking his head at Ten. The Master walked back up to Ten, Ten coldly stared into the Master's eyes.

The Master laughed. "The TARDIS didn't kill her, she was too kind"

Jack groaned again, as he held his head. He felt a sharp pain in his head as he had a flash back of the vision he had.

The Master's voice got rougher and quieter, the Master leaned towards Ten. Ten backed away. "I was watching Rose for a long time.... with you.... with John... you should have seen them..."

Eleven clenched his fists to the sides, his breathing got heavier. "Leave them be Master!"

The Master made a puppy dog face at Eleven letting Ten have some personal space. "Oh but you're right Doctor, its enough chit-chat for now!" He pulled an evil grin before lifting his hand in the air and clicking his fingers.

Every one looked around in alarm. Some more members of the SWAT team re-entered the room from the entrences.

River, Eleven and Jack backed away into the middle of the room into each other backing each other up. Ten had already been grabbed by two guards. Ten struggled. "Do you mind, this is my best suit?" He added, trying not to rip his brown suit in the process.

Jack went to pull out his pistol from his trench coat but then the Master pointed at his hand with the lazer screwdriver making the pistol slide across the floor.

Jack said some curses under his breath looking around, taking a few paces to get his pistol from the floor trying to get there before the guards did.

Two guards caught up with Jack from behind, Jack struggled also, but one of the guards got some scented tissue and placed it on Jacks nose for a few seconds before he passed out.

"Jack!" Ten shouted across the room, still trying to get free as the guards carried him away. The guards were a lot stronger and boney than Ten was. Ten wished he wasn't so thin at times like this.

River held Elevens hand, one guard shot a dart at them both. It took a few moments to kick into them both before the guards crept up on them and took them.
